Modelling Shot

At the Spring shopping mall a group of students from the Limkokwing Creative Technology University were busy clicking their cameras focussed on a walk-in model. They were searching for aspiring models to participate in their 'Breeze Model Search ' project. A brave attempt by the girl and an encouraging trend for young students who dare demonstrate their skills to the street.

Shadow puppets lantern

Shoppers at the newest shopping mall in town called the ' Boulevard Shopping Mall' located at Mile 4, Kuching -Serian Road, will be delighted to see the shadow puppets figures on lanterns as part of the atrium's decoration.

I find the use of these traditional shadow play puppets images, often called ' wayang kulit ' in Malaysia effective as more often than not these figures are familiarly seen against a much wider thick cotton screen than inside a lantern.

Paper cut flowers

These suspended paper cut flowers greeted visitors and customers to the Green Heights Mall during its opening recently. Newly opened and not yet fully occupied, it houses the Cold Storage Supermarket and future up trend shops.
